The Nashville Rescue Mission is in need of bottled water donations to help the homeless community during the summer months. While temps hold in the mid to upper 90’s Nashville’s homeless population is at high risk for dehydration and heat stroke.
The Rescue Mission’s Hot Patrol van goes out when the temperature is 90 degrees and above to distribute water and they are in need of bottled water. Donations can be dropped off at the Mission’s donation center at 615 Seventh Avenue South. Donations can be made from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday.
